For me, both (Life) Coach & Mindfulness Practitioner are so related to the other, that I could not have done one without the other.

Next to the fact that Life Coaching involves the believes that the answer is already within, it brings attention to the HERE and Now.
Mindfulness Coaching means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally.
The Mindfulness Meditation is a series of techniques that aim to improve, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
The combination of both educations makes it especially valuable to help people.

Skills can be developed through coaching. And skills can also be taught and be learned from an expert.
