Ancient Hawaiian Technique.

More information about Ho’oponopono.

At this PAGE I gave you a short explanation about the old Hawaiian technique.

Whereas at this page, I will explain more about the Ho’oponopono technique. The ancient Hawaiian technique, from 5000 years old. An ancient practice for healing. Cleansing.

Practice so that you eventually will get a harmonious relationship between people, nature and Spirit. It will not happen straightaway, but in the meanwhile cleansing and cleanding, sooner or later, you will get there. Depending on how much needs to be cleansed. In conclusion, it is an ongoing business. But a small one for the purpose of making you happy!

Ho'oponopono Hawaii Way of Healing

So how does this work? It sound a bit hazy, I can almost hear you think and ask.
How can I cleanse myself to heal? To get a harmonious relationship with everyone?
Everyone? Yes! Everyone! And how can this “strange” Hawaiian technique called Ho’oponopono help me?

According to Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, a native Hawaiian Kahuna and gifted healer, who developed a new system of healing based on the ancient spiritual tradition, Ho’oponopono.
Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® (SITH®):

“If we can accept that we are the sum total of all past thoughts,
emotions, words, deeds and actions and that our present lives and
choices are coloured or shaded by this memory bank of the past,
then we begin to see how a process of correcting or setting aright
can change our lives, our families and our society.”

The process of Ho’oponopono involves four phrases which can be repeated in any order:
I’m sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
I love you

By saying these words over and over, a person is said to connect her/his own inner light with the light of Source.
Over time, patterns in the subconscious dissolve, and by forgiving the parts within that hold those patterns, the person’s outer world regains balance and harmony.

Practising Ho’oponopono, allows you to cut the aka connection to a memory in a very positive, loving way, knowing that you can make the connection brand new. When you become right with others, you become right with yourself. Undoubtedly.
A memory in Ho’oponopono is not only what is seen as something we remember ourselves.

But also all garbage (data) in our DNA, cells, received from our ancestors, family, people around us.
All, I will call it “stuff”, that blocks our soul, our being. Blocks us from being happy, from being who we really are.

I for myself always felt, from a very young age, that “the problems from the whole world are weighing on my shoulders”. Why I felt, still feel, this way.
Probably because I am an empath. Absorb the feelings, emotions from other people around, and not even around me.

During my life, I had many, many hard times. Things happened you would not wish your worst enemy. And extra the above feeling “that I am responsible for all bad things happening in the world”. Sometimes it made me literally sick. Literally.

Previously had psychotherapy and EMDR, which helped. Both. But not completely.
Undoubtedly the older I got, the more the bad memories came to haunt me. Haunted me terribly.

Reiki helps me to relax, as does EFT & TFT. But both are methods that look very strange in public 🙂
And… at a certain time, I learned about the great Hawaiian therapy. First I found a few items on the internet.

I followed an online class. Got the certificate. Tested the procedure on me. And even after doing it a few times, I could let go.
Of course, I have so much that I need to let go, so before I am completely cleansed it will take some time.
“Let go and Let God. Words from Dr Hew Len.

At the moment I am following a Ho’oponopono course to become a Certified Practitioner for Ho’oponopono.

The great thing from Ho’oponopono is… You can do it without any notice it.
First of all, you say the healing “Prayer” from Morrnah.
You can do this out loud or in your head. You can do this whenever you have time.

Divine creator, father, mother, son as one…
If I, my family, relatives and ancestors have offended you,

your family, relatives and ancestors in thoughts, words, deeds and actions
from the beginning of our creation to the present, we ask your forgiveness…
Let this cleanse, purify, release, cut all the negatives memories, blocks,
energies and vibrations, and transmute these unwanted energies into pure light…
And it is done.

After that and during the day, whenever you have a minute:
I am Sorry
Please Forgive Me
Thank You
I Love You

Important is to know that you not only say these mantra’s to the universe but also to yourself.

During my courses I have learned this:
Ihaleakala Hew Len, told us:
“If you want to solve a problem, no matter what kind
of problem, work on yourself.”

You are 100% responsible. Responsible for everything.
100% knowing that you’re the cause of the problem.
100% knowing that you have the responsibility, then, to rectify the error.

Can you imagine if we all knew we are 100% responsible?

Wow, that sounds hard/rush, doesn’t it?!
In Ho’oponopono, being 100% responsible doesn’t mean that you are 100% at fault or bad. No, and this is so beautiful, it means that we simply have the ability to respond in every situation.
And that we can choose our response.

Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len was staff psychologist from 1984 – 1987 in the Hawaii State Hospital.
During his work at the Hospital, he was a direct student from Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, but already an expert in the spiritual practice, Ho’oponopono (he now is retired).

The insane patients in the hospital were totally out of control. He started to review all the files of the patients without consulting them. During the reviews, he was working on himself the Ho’oponopono way. He would repeat the mantra over and over, and miraculously, gradually all the patients began to heal.

Dr Hew Len explained, “I was simply cleaning the part of me that I shared with them.”
Eventually, after a few years, this department of the hospital was closed. Evidently, all the patients were healthy and till now remain healthy.

The only way I can explain it is this… Ho’oponopono recognises we are all part of one consciousness, and as such, everything that is in our experience is affected by our actions/reactions. We are responsible for everything we experience!

Source above quote.

The mantra Dr Hew Len used is powerful and THE Ho’oponopono mantra to use:
Please forgive me…
I’m sorry…
I love you…
Thank you.

As Dr Hew Len says, he continually cleans the “data” of whatever it is that is troubling and painful.

With every mantra, there was a layer peeled off. Layer after layer until, as a result, the healing manifest itself.

According to dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len:

There’s nothing to do but clean (i.e., release programs in the mind).

The more you clean, the more you can receive inspiration from the Divine.

You act from Memory or Inspiration, and usually it’s Memory (data).

The only thing to clean is what you feel inside; you’re clearing perception.

The only goal is freedom; to be at Zero.

1.) Bring The Problem To Mind
2.) Use Your Own Words To Describe “The Issue”
3.) Recite 4 Times Out Loud

Another person who has been, still is, very important for the dissemination of this Hawaiian technique is Dr. Joe Vitale.

He wrote the book At Zero

Are you ready to break free? You want to experience miracles? Are you ready to melt limitations? Virtually everything you do is a result of the unconscious mind causing you to act out of programming that you barely know exists. Without addressing your belief system, you risk allowing it to undermine all of your efforts.

Yet you have more power and control over your unconscious mind than you ever suspected. At Zero shows you how to easily overcome the problems in your programming by becoming part of the solution¿by awakening.

Bestselling author Joe Vitale’s previous book, Zero Limits , presented a unique self-help breakthrough focused on helping overworked, overstressed individuals overcome obstacles and achieve their goals using a simple method. It was the first book to explain how a once secret Hawaiian method called Ho’oponopono could help people experience health, wealth, happiness, and more.

Especially for you, I have made two PowerPoint 2 slides. You can download these files for offline reading.
The first is the Morrnah prayer.

The other is the Ho’oponopono prayer for forgiveness.
Before uploading I have checked the above files with an up-to-date anti-virus program.

MicroSoft stopped with the free PowerPoint viewer, but you can still download it HERE.

You can also use the wonderful Open Office software. Free to use and the facilities are as good, if not better, than the MS Office package. You can download Open Office HERE.

Please always check your downloads with an up-to-date anti-virus program before installing.
Below you’ll find 2 powerful Ho’oponopono “prayers”, “chants”, you name it.

For you to use, when you want, for all healing.
Both in English & Hawaiian.

“I” Am The “I” Prayer:

“I” come forth from the void into light,
Pua mai au mai ka po iloko o ka malamalama,

“I” am the breath that nurtures life,
Owau no ka ha, ka mauli ola,

“I” am that emptiness, that hollowness beyond all consciousness,
Owau no ka poho, ke ka’ele mawaho a’e o no ike apau.

The “I”, the Id, the All.
Ka “I”, Ke Kino Iho, na Mea Apau.

“I” draw my bow of rainbows across the waters,
Ka a’e au “I” ku’u pi’o o na anuenue mawaho a’e o na kai a pau,

The continuum of minds with matters.
Ka ho’omaumau o na mana’o ame na mea a pau.

“I” am the incoming and outgoing of breath,
Owau no ka “Ho” a me ka “Ha”,

The invisible, untouchable breeze,
He huna ka makani nahenahe,

The undefinable atom of creation.
Ka “Hua” huna o Kumulipo.

“I” am the “I”.
Owau no ka “I”.

The Peace Of “I” Prayer:

Peace be with you, All My Peace,
O ka Maluhia no me oe, Ku’u Maluhia a pau loa,

The Peace that is “I”, the Peace that is “I am”.
Ka Maluhia o ka “I”, owau no ka Maluhia,

The Peace for always, now and forever and evermore.
Ka Maluhia no na wa a pau, no ke’ia wa a mau a mau loa aku.

My Peace “I” give to you, My Peace “I” leave with you,
Ha’awi aku wau “I” ku’u Maluhia ia oe, waiho aku wau “I” ku’u Maluhia me oe,

Not the world’s Peace, but, only My Peace,
The Peace of “I”.

A’ole ka Maluhia o ke ao aka, ka’u Maluhia wale no,
Ka Maluhia o ka “I”.
